  • Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days
  • After termination, we will delete your data per our Privacy Policy

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
